Sintering is a high pressure, high-temperature treatment of a product to be sintered by a vacuum sintering furnace. The goal is to make loose tissue the overall structure. Materials treated by sintering techniques have high mechanical strength and overall rigidity.

Stainless steel sintered filter mesh: It is made of wire mesh woven mesh, which consists of 1-6 layers of metal mesh, which are stacked and sintered at a 45° angle. Generally, a stainless steel sintered mesh has a protective layer, a control layer, a support layer, a filter layer, and a reinforcing layer, and is manufactured by a vacuum sintering process. The mesh of the layers are interlaced to form a uniform and ideal filtering structure.

Filtration accuracy: 1-300 microns

Metal Powder Sintering filter: A metal powder sintered filter element is formed by pressing a metal powder through a mold, sintering at a high temperature, and integrally molding. The powder has the characteristics of a uniform pore size distribution and good gas permeability.

The main materials for powder sintering are stainless steel 304, 316 titanium and the like.

Filtration accuracy: 0.45-100 microns

Metal fiber sintering filter: Metal fiber sintered felts are made of non-woven, metalized and high-temperature sintered metal fibers of a micron diameter. The multilayer metal fiber mat forms a pore gradient from the different pore layers, which can be controlled to achieve extremely high filtration accuracy and more fouling than a single layer.

The product has a porous structure, high porosity, large surface area, and uniform pore size distribution.
